It's been a hectic weekend in TNR-land!🐱🐱🐱 Our volunteers trapped cats from Fries to Laurel Fork, and everywhere in between! As we mentioned last week, we had an urgent situation and needed to TNR an additional colony of 20-30 cats on top of the 50 we already had scheduled.🙀

Big thanks to Hope Nester and the crew at Carroll Veterinary Clinic for taking on the urgent colony, and Dr. Jenkins and Healing Springs Animal Hospital for offering to take in additional overflow! And our eternal gratitude goes to our friends at Angels of Assisi for providing these monthly low-cost TNR clinics!❤

We had some truly amazing volunteers working on these colonies. Especially sisters Megan and Laurie, who are here every month (and in between) doing the difficult work (today is Megan's birthday, by the way😻).

These clinics take a ton of work and cost a lot of money, but they accomplish so much! Thanks to all of our supporters (volunteers, donors, fosters, boosters, etc.), without who we couldn't do any of this!❤🐾❤

The first three guests for our March TNR extravaganza have arrived! With the last minute addition of 20-30 cats from a local hoarding situation, we now have over 80 cats scheduled for 50 spots at Angels of Assisi 🙀

Thanks to Carroll Veterinary Clinic and Healing Springs Animal Hospital for stepping in and helping us to spay and neuter as many cats as we can before kitten season gets into full swing❤
